Terms and Conditions

By purchasing industrial spare parts from Sybru Canada ("Sybru"), you agree to the following streamlined terms and conditions of sale. We believe in keeping business simple, transparent, and fair.

1. Pricing & Shipping

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Standard delivery (3-5 days) is included in the displayed price for all deliveries within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Deliveries outside the GTA or requests for expedited/emergency freight may be subject to additional shipping charges, which will be communicated prior to final invoicing.

Force Majeure: While our 3-5 day delivery target is highly reliable, Sybru Canada is not liable for incidental costs or downtime related to delivery delays caused by global freight disruptions, customs holds, or events beyond our reasonable control.

2. Payment & Net-30 Terms

We accept all major credit cards. For corporate accounts with approved credit, Sybru Canada accepts Purchase Orders (POs) with Net-30 day payment terms. All invoices are due within 30 days of verified delivery. Any past-due balances will be subject to a late payment charge of 2% per month (24% per annum). Interest will begin accruing on the 31st day following delivery. Sybru Canada reserves the right to suspend future shipments and revoke credit privileges for any account with an outstanding balance exceeding 45 days.

3. Cancellations & RMA Returns

Cancellations: Orders can be modified or canceled without penalty within 4 hours of placement. Once global procurement has been initiated after this window, orders cannot be canceled in transit and must be processed as standard returns upon arrival.

Returns: We back our inventory with a 1-Month (30-day) Guarantee. All returns must be authorized. Please email returns@sybru.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping. Unused and uninstalled parts with a valid RMA may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange with no restocking fees. If an incorrect or dead-on-arrival (DOA) part is received, Sybru will cover all return shipping costs and dispatch a replacement.

4. 1-Year Limited Warranty

Sybru Canada provides a comprehensive 1-Year Warranty on all spare parts sold. If a part fails due to a defect in material or workmanship within one year from the date of purchase, Sybru will, at its sole discretion, replace the part or refund the purchase price. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sybru Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, goodwill, or business downtime arising directly or indirectly from the sale, use, or failure of any product. Sybru’s maximum liability under any circumstance shall never exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions, and any disputes arising from the purchase of products from Sybru Canada, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

7. Collection Costs

In the event that Sybru Canada must pursue legal action or engage a third-party collection agency to recover unpaid balances, the Customer agrees to be responsible for all associated costs, including reasonable legal fees and collection agency commissions.

8. Administrative Fee for Dishonored Payments

A fee of $50.00 will be applied to the Customer's account for any returned or dishonored payments (NSF).
