At SYBRU, we understand that facility needs change and ordering errors happen. Our goal is to make returns straightforward, strictly documented, and hassle-freeāso you can stay focused on keeping your operations running.
Standard Returns (Within 30 Days)
You may return most unused and uninstalled items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be in original packaging, including all manuals and accessories.
- Electronics: Factory-sealed electronics (such as PLCs, sensors, and drives) must remain unopened with original anti-static seals intact.
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees. Customers are responsible only for return freight costs.
Defective or Incorrect Items (DOA)
If we made a fulfillment error or your item arrives dead-on-arrival (DOA), we will resolve it immediately at no cost to your facility.
- 100% of return shipping costs are covered by Sybru.
- Upon RMA approval, we will either expedite a replacement to your loading dock or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
How to Request a Return (RMA)
To ensure proper routing and credit, do not ship items back to our facilities without an authorized RMA number. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed by our receiving dock.
Step 1: Download & Complete the RMA Form
Open our standard Return Merchandise Authorization form below. You can print it or save it as a PDF. Fill it out completely with your order details and reason for return.
Step 2: Email Your Request
Email the completed form to returns@sybru.com. Our returns desk will review the request and reply within 1 business day with your official RMA number and routing instructions.
Step 3: Pack & Ship
Once authorized, pack the items securely. Industrial electronics must be shipped using static-safe and impact-resistant packaging. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box (do not write directly on the manufacturer's product box).
